You must record a full, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is received until it is fully opened. This video is required for all return, exchange, or refund requests. Send the video along with your order details to 6379877037 on WhatsApp.
The unboxing video serves as proof of the product’s condition at the time of delivery. It helps us verify courier issues, packaging problems, damage, or incorrect items. Without this video, we are unable to process claims.
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Eligible items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition
- With tags and packaging intact
