However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we are happy to assist you through our exchange process, subject to the policy outlined below.


Important Policy Notice

  • Only exchange is allowed, and only for eligible cases
  • No size exchange is allowed

Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

To request an exchange, customers must provide a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is received until the product is fully opened.

📌 Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted, as the video helps us verify packaging, product condition, and courier handling.


Exchange Eligibility Criteria

An exchange request will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered

    Additionally:
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging must be intact
  • The issue must clearly match what is shown in the unboxing video

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Size exchange is not allowed
  • ❌ Minor colour differences due to lighting or screen settings
  • ❌ Items that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • ❌ Products without original tags or packaging

Request Time Limit

Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be processed.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for exchange:

  • Final sale items

However, if these items are received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, they may be eligible for exchange with valid unboxing video proof.
