Shiny Boutique provides FREE standard shipping across India on all orders. We currently deliver to all major cities, towns, and postal-serviceable locations within India. At this time, we do not deliver to PO boxes, army/military bases, or restricted zones as specified by courier partners.
Our priority is ensuring that your order reaches you safely, securely, and within the estimated timeline. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier availability, and seasonal demand.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed on shinyboutique.in are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Processing time may be extended due to:
- High-volume sale periods or festivals
- Payment verification delays
- Courier service disruptions
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, it will move into the “Shipped” status.
Delivery Timelines
Our standard delivery timeline within India is:
- Approximately 12 days from the date of order confirmation
Delivery times may be shorter for metro cities and may be slightly longer for remote or hard-to-reach areas. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Order Status & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing:

- A link to track the shipment
- Courier partner details
You can track your order anytime using the tracking link provided. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your:

- Phone number
- Address
- Pincode
are entered correctly at checkout. Incorrect details may result in delays or failed deliveries.
If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, they may reattempt delivery or contact you directly.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Taxes & Charges
All taxes (GST) applicable within India are included in the product price displayed on the website.
Shiny Boutique does not charge any extra shipping fee, packaging fee, or handling fee for domestic deliveries. Cash on Delivery (if enabled in future) may carry additional charges depending on courier partners.
